Führungswechsel im Werk Oeventrop: Die Weichen für die Zukunft sind gestellt
Ein starkes Zeichen für Kontinuität, Stabilität und zukunftsorientierte Weiterentwicklung an unserem Standort in Arnsberg-Oeventrop: Direkt in der Produktionshalle und direkt am Produkt fand die offizielle und harmonische Stabübergabe statt. Zum 1. Juni 2026 übernimmt Herr Mario Orlando (rechts im Bild) die Betriebsleitung von Herrn Stephan Hülter (links im Bild). Dieser fliegende Wechsel wurde von beiden Seiten über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg akribisch und partnerschaftlich vorbereitet. Durch den engen und transparenten Austausch der beiden Führungskräfte wird sichergestellt, dass wertvolles Insiderwissen, bewährte Abläufe und das tiefe Verständnis für unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards in der industriellen Oberflächentechnik nahtlos übergehen. Dieser strukturierte Übergang garantiert nicht nur absolute Verlässlichkeit und Kontinuität für unsere Kunden und Partner, sondern gibt auch der gesamten Belegschaft im Werk Rückhalt und Orientierung für die kommenden Aufgaben. Gemeinsam blicken wir auf ein starkes Fundament, auf dem wir die Zukunft der Schulte Hartchrom GmbH am Standort Oeventrop weiter erfolgreich gestalten werden.

Herr Orlando bringt nicht nur jede Menge Führungserfahrung mit, sondern ist auch ein ausgewiesener Experte im Bereich der Oberflächenbearbeitung. Mit diesem wertvollen Fachwissen und seiner Begeisterung für moderne Produktionsprozesse wird er die erfolgreiche Arbeit im Werk Oeventrop fortsetzen und gemeinsam mit der Belegschaft neue, spannende Impulse setzen. Unser Betriebsleiter Stephan Hülter verabschiedet sich zum 31. Mai 2026.
Nach langjährigem und erfolgreichem Engagement verlässt unser Betriebsleiter, Herr Stephan Hülter, zum 31. Mai 2026 das Unternehmen Schulte Hartchrom GmbH an unserem Standort in Arnsberg-Oeventrop. Herr Hülter hat die operativen Abläufe und die Entwicklung des Standorts über einen langen Zeitraum entscheidend geprägt. Mit großem Fachwissen, unermüdlichem Einsatz und seiner nahbaren Art hat er maßgeblich zum Erfolg unseres Werkes beigetragen. Er hinterlässt ein stabiles, gut aufgestelltes Team und geordnete Strukturen. Die gesamte Geschäftsführung sowie alle Kolleginnen und Kollegen danken Herrn Hülter herzlich für die hervorragende Zusammenarbeit, seine Loyalität und die gemeinsame Zeit.
New Plant Manager at the Iserlohn Site
We are pleased to introduce our new plant manager at our Iserlohn location: Mr. Stephan Haß
Thanks to his personal qualities and professional background, he has already integrated very well into our company. From the very beginning, he has been supported by our entire team during his onboarding. Given his attitude, our “newcomer” will soon be able to manage the facility professionally and in full accordance with the values we hold dear, serving as a service provider for our customers.
Extensive capacity and flexible service: 450 tons of steel in production
Currently, we have approximately 300 tons of steel from German manufacturers and another 150 tons from foreign manufacturers and end customers at our Iserlohn facility alone, ready for in-house processing.
We owe this not only to our technical capabilities, but also to the decades of experience of our flexible employees, our expert advice, and our willingness and ability to completely overhaul our plans—even five times a day—if our customers’ needs require it. We see ourselves as old-school service providers: The customer is king! And our customers reward our excellent and timely service by ensuring that we remain stable even in these difficult times and look to the future with optimism.
A challenge that's fun!
We are excited about an exciting project in our production facility: We are currently machining two rollers with an impressive shaft length of 13,000 mm (total length including journals: 14,400 mm) and diameters of 770 mm and 900 mm, respectively.
This makes them the longest rollers ever machined on the European continent—not because we couldn’t do it before, but because no one had asked for it until now.
Our experienced team is once again proving what is possible in our workshop—and with enthusiasm and precision, as you can see!
We've got the authorization!
The European Commission has approved our application for authorization to continue using chromium (VI). This means that we will be able to continue coating your workpieces in the usual manner for at least another 12 years.
By having our application approved, we have demonstrated that chromium (VI) is still necessary in hard chrome plating to provide our customers with the complex surfaces they urgently need, and that in our work we take into account the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that chemicals can pose, and that we have these risks under control.
To the best of our knowledge, this makes us one of only two hard chrome contract coaters in Germany and indeed in all of Europe that holds its own authorization, thereby ensuring we can continue working for you on a long-term basis in accordance with legal requirements. With regard to larger dimensions and heavier weights, we can speak of a truly unique selling point in this regard.
We are pleased that the extraordinary effort has paid off and that we can now, together with you, enjoy the fruits of our labor for many years to come.
